Red Ant (back right, front, front-left, left side, top) - David Kimball P.E. writes - My son wanted to look at all the pictures you had of the other cars and then he drew up this creation. He sketched it out and I did the rough cutting and then he sanded, assembled and painted it. I thought it was quite unique. He calls it the RED ANT . The antenna (clothes hook) is the front but I suggested he race it backwards so the weight would be in the back. He missed first place by a half inch. No, aerodynamics was not discussed.

Alligator - Greg Walters writes - I helped a Tiger Cub build this alligator car in one afternoon. This car took 1st place for faster Tiger Cub, 2nd Place in the Pack and 2nd place in the District races.

Dragon - Chris Dodge writes - We took second place with this dragon car, losing by one one-hundreth of a second. It was truly a photo finish. My son designed it and I shaped it using a very small drum sander. I painted the scales and eyes while my son did the base coat.

Dustin's Tiger - Cubmaster of Pack 25 Chuckatuck, VA, Mike says, "My son is too small to use a saw with any effect. Sooo, I figured I would just scratch out something neat and he could sand and paint it. Hope you like Dustin's Tiger.
